Liberate the audience
Let them use their imaginations. We do not use expensive costumes, elaborate sets or detailed props. We trust each audience member to use her or his own imagination to find a personal vision of a soldier in uniform or of a garden setting. Increasing each individual’s capacity to visualise enhances their personal experience of the play. As a result, each audience member becomes more immersed in the story. The play becomes more memorable and meaningful to each individual audience member.
Entertain the audience
Live music creates a casual, lively and welcoming atmosphere. Pianist and composer Phillip Eames performed in two of our previous productions. The reviewers and the audience loved having music before the performance, between the scenes and sometimes part of the story. We hope to continue to include music as an integral part of our events.
